2024 Broncos Little League Softball

JERSEY SIZES - PLEASE CHOOSE 1 OR EVEN 2 SIZES LARGER THAN YOU WOULD NORMALLY

Registration for the 2024 Bronco Little League Softball Season is here!

NOTE: When answering questions and asked to verify School or Home, choose "School" then "Other" as the drop-down choice.

Our general age guidelines for RSU 22 are as follows:

Farm League is generally for our 6-8 year-old players including beginner 9-year-olds, all 6 and 7-year-old players are required to play in our Farm League

TIME: 9:00AM to 10:00 AM

Minor League is generally for our 9-11 year-old players but can include advanced 8-year-old players

TIME: 10:30AM to 12:30PM

Major League is generally for our 11-12 year-old players but can include advanced 9 and 10-year-old players. All 12-year-old players are required to play in our Major League division unless specified by their parents that they want to stay in Minor League.

TIME: 10:30AM to 12:30PM

Junior League is designed for players ages 12 - 14 who have played a year of Majors. ***12 year olds are expected to play Majors and Junior League as a secondary***

NOTE: This is to get an idea of the interest for a Junior league division. It will be more low-key with one game a week on Saturday or Sunday. Please sign up for Majors as well regardless if you plan on playing or not and depending on interest, we can adjust the fees if needed at a later date. More details to come if the interest is there.

PITCHERS/CATCHERS: 12:30 PM TO 1:15 PM

NOTE: Please make sure to check "YES" to the Is Your Child Trying Out For Majors question during registration so we can evaluate accordingly.

Fees:

FARM - $60.00

MINORS/MAJORS - $75.00

Junior League - Not sure yet as it depends on interest in this division.

NOTE: Please have your child try out for the appropriate age group listed above. Again, Please make sure to check "YES" to the Is Your Child Trying Out For Majors question during registration so we can evaluate accordingly. Evaluations are to determine the individual skill level which will help decide the proper division placement. Bronco Little League does not cut anyone from playing, all softball players of all levels have a place with us.

Evaluations will be held on Saturday, March 16th at the Hampden Academy Gymnasium. Please bring your own glove, face mask, bat, batting helmet with shield, and labeled water bottle. If you do not have the equipment, we will do our best to provide equipment for your child. A make-up tryout session will be held on Tuesday, March 19th from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Reeds Brook School Gymnasium.

Practices will begin as soon as the fields are dry enough to play on. You will receive practice and game communications from your coach directly via email. The season itself will begin on or as close to Saturday, April 29th, pending field conditions.
